The objective is to measure the level of customer service offered in a business, followed with a staff development program to address weaknesses.

An industry benchmarked survey is used and completed copies are provided to the business to highlight the areas requiring improvements.

25 stores or more in one location

$65.00 per store

Stores in far-flung locations

$75.00 per store

Extras – fuel - stores outside metro area

$1.50 cents per kilometre

Purchases at food stores

$5.00 per store
